1 Once you submit the order form, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail as soon as possible. In our email, we list the cost of Products, postal fee, handling fee and the total cost in pounds sterling with an invoice. Postal facilities are given below.

2 Please send us your cheque or postal order for the amount charged with your invoice number on the back. If you want to cancel your order, just send us an email within 7 days. Sometime in future we hope to have credit card facility.

3 Once we receive your payment in full, we will send you the products (cards) which you have ordered by the postal method you have chosen. Meanwhile we will also send you an email confirming delivery has been processed.

4 We would be grateful if you would send us an email on receipt of the goods. If not, we will assume that the delivery has been completed

Main delivery charges are detailed at the checkout (after you have given us your delivery information) and included in the final cost of your order. You will be given a breakdown of your order, including any delivery costs, before we ask you to confirm.

The cost of delivery is calculated on the type of product bought, the shipping method chosen, the weight of your order and its country of destination. A detailed explanation of how and when postage is charged will be emailed to you soon.

First Class service usually delivers the mail in one working day with no guarantee.

Second Class service service is available to a maximum weight per consignment of 750 grams. It usually delivers the mail within two working days with no guarantee.

Recorded Signed service is First or Second class mail with a signature on delivery. The postage is First Class or Second Class price plus 64p.

Special Delivery (Next Day Delivery) is guaranteed delivery to 99.9% of the UK next working day in UK. For some islands in the northwest of Scotland, it takes two or 3 working days. However, it is a bit expensive.

Standard parcels service is aimed to deliver parcels within 3 to 5 working days after posing. If the weight of the mail package is over 2 kg, the cost of postage is cheaper than that of the First Class service. The price for the weight up to 1 kg is £3.32, which is the minimum price.

For all orders, you can select either the Royal Mail's Airmail service or Surface Mail service and your order will incur postal charges at that service's 'Printed Papers' current rate. The actual cost of postage is dependent upon the service selected, the weight of your order, and its destination.

The purchaser should choose one of the above service. Otherwise it will be at the discretion of the vendor.
